Based in Crawley near Gatwick Airport, Co-Ordination Event Hire employs enthusiastic and skilled staff, and carries over 10,000 full covers of fine bone chinaware, modern and classic crockery, cutlery, and glassware. In addition, we offer an extensive range of quality, elegant furniture, electric and gas cooking equipment, refrigeration, refrigerated trailers, and a wide array of coloured linens. Our services include delivery and collection to and from your event, a dirty returns service, daily back-to-back wash facility and a dedicated team. Our geographic coverage includes Central London and the Home Counties (including Sussex, Surrey and Kent). We may occasionally consider further afield, but only where it does not adversely impact the quality and timeliness of our service.
Co-Ordination Event Hire are a family run catering equipment hire business and the benefits of this are that each and every team member pride themselves on delivering not only a quality service but a personal one. Gevin and Elizabeth originally started the company from their garage at their family home thirty years ago and still very much have an active role. In the office you will meet Jaimie who oversees the Office and Warehouse Team and she also looks after all things Sales and Marketing. We also have James who manages the Transport Team. You will often see James supporting the drivers and porters with the deliveries and collections across the South East.

WE OFFER FLEXIBILITY We try our best to be flexible on delivery and collection timings. Have an event on Saturday? We can deliver on Thursday giving you extra time for set up at no extra charge.
DIRTY DISHES? For a small fee you can return all your cutlery, china and glassware dirty meaning no washing up! All our glassware comes in high quality commercial dishwasher crates so no flimsy boxes or containers to contend with. All our cutlery goes through a state of the art cutlery polisher ensuring a high quality product for your next event.
UNIQUE DESIGNS Co-Ordination Event Hire are often the first to bring new ideas and products to the hire market place, constantly seeking new concepts and ideas from around the world.
