Co-Ordination Event Hire is a family-run business with more than three decades of experience in the catering equipment hire business. During that time we have supplied to hundreds of unique, high-quality and personal events, covering everything from weddings, proms, graduations and balls to corporate events, Christmas parties and family gatherings such as birthdays, christenings and funerals.

We carry a wide inventory of catering equipment for hire, including over 10,000 full covers of fine bone china, modern and classic crockery, cutlery and glassware, an extensive range of quality, elegant furnitureelectric and gas cooking equipment, refrigeration, refrigerated trailers, and a wide array of coloured linens.

Our services include delivery and collection to and from your event, a dirty returns service, daily back-to-back wash facility and a dedicated team.
